Legacy of Justice Circle: Planned Giving
The Legacy of Justice Circle recognizes thoughtful donors who have joined the fight for justice by making a planned gift to support Community Legal Aid. Examples of types of gifts Legacy of Justice Circle members provide include:
- A bequest in a will or living trust
- Designating Community Legal Aid as a beneficiary of a retirement plan, life insurance policy, or endowed fund
- Other less common planned gifts like charitable remainder trusts
Remembering Community Legal Aid in your will or estate plan will help change lives for generations to come. To assist you in this process CLA has compiled examples of testamentary language for leaving assets to us in your will. If you’ve already included, or intend to include, CLA as a beneficiary in your estate plans you can let us know by filling out this confidential legacy intention form.
