Before joining the Community Legal Aid team in July of 2018, Irit was a family lawyer in private practice in New York City, and a professional volunteer at the Hotline for Refugees and Migrants in Israel. She worked on pro bono cases for Metrowest Legal Services in Framingham, MA and for Sanctuary for Families in New York City, and was a stay at home mom.

Irit is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and a director of Metrowest Jewish Day School in Framingham, MA.
