Julie was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and will be sitting for the New York Bar in 2017. Before joining Community Legal Aid in July 2017, she was practicing pro bono family law and guardianship through the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project and the Women’s Bar Foundation. She also spent time as a legal intern for GLAD: GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders, and as a law clerk with the Franklin County Public Defenders office in Columbus, OH.

She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association.
